Mayank Sharma is Vice President for SEPA and International Payments at Commerzbank, where he oversees payment products and execution services across domestic, SEPA, and international payment channels. With over a decade of experience across banking, consulting, and technology, he combines deep expertise in payments, digital banking, APIs, and regulatory transformation.
Before joining Commerzbank, Mayank served as a Principal Consultant at Capco, advising financial institutions on business and technology transformation initiatives. He is experienced in online and mobile banking, PSD2, data-driven product development, and stakeholder management within complex regulatory environments.
A recognized industry speaker, Mayank was a keynote speaker at the Europe Instant Payments Summit 2023. At the Open Banking & PSD3 Forum, he will share insights on instant payments, cross-border transactions, SEPA developments, and the future of payments in Europe.


Thomas Stosberg is a Director at Deutsche Bank with over 30 years of experience in corporate banking and cash management. He specializes in embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), API-driven banking integration, and digital solutions that connect financial services with corporate ERP and treasury platforms.
Having led strategic initiatives across cash management, contextual banking, workflow automation, payment innovation, and treasury digitization, Thomas has worked with more than 200 multinational corporations globally. His expertise spans APIs, SWIFT connectivity, liquidity management, fraud prevention, and emerging financial technologies.
At the Open Banking & PSD3 Forum, Thomas will share insights on embedded finance, API ecosystems, and the future of corporate banking in an increasingly connected financial landscape.

Simon Boonen is a Product Manager Payments at ING, where he focuses on innovative payment solutions, digital channels, and the future of transaction banking. With expertise spanning payments, open finance, fintech, and innovation, he plays a key role in driving customer-centric financial services within ING Wholesale Banking.
Before joining ING, Simon spent seven years at Capgemini, advising organizations on strategy, innovation, and transformation programmes across Europe and Latin America. His experience across banking, consulting, and the startup ecosystem gives him a well-rounded perspective on the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of financial services.
At the Open Banking & PSD3 Forum, Simon will share insights on payments innovation, fintech collaboration, and the evolution of Open Banking and Open Finance.


Tristan has been in the transaction banking industry for over 20 years, covering the wholesale, corporate and retail spaces within that time. He has worked for tier 1 banks, mid-sized institutions and a number of fintech players. Some of his areas of specialism include inter-bank clearing, digital banking channels, financial messaging and open banking. He holds the certification in International Cash Management (ICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), numerous official SWIFT and AML accreditations and is also a Prince2 practitioner. Tristan is currently an Executive Director in Payments Product Management at JP Morgan Chase & co, building the next generation of payments technology solutions.





Vincent Brennan is an industry authority on the future of banking, and payments, with an extensive executive leadership track record in transformation, operations and risk management. He has over 40 years’ experience in FS with 20+ working in banking payments and on industry bodies (including Euro Banking Association Deputy Chairman up to 2021), and more recently as a Transformation Director at Accenture and as a non-Executive Director.

Based in Brussels for the past 22 years, Monica Monaco is the owner and managing director of TrustEuAffairs. TrustEuAffairs advises its clients on Eu legislative relevant initiatives since 2013. Monica served as a Board Member of the Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP) between 2012 and 2015. Furthermore, she has served two mandates as Member of the European Commission Payment Systems Market Expert Group (PSMEG).
Monica’s areas of focus are financial services, payment systems and digital payments, including crypto assets.
Monica has been Senior Manager for EU Relations and Regulatory Affairs in the Legal Department of Visa Europe for more than ten years, being responsible for the relations with the European Commission, the European Parliament and the European Council Working Group on Financial Services, as well as with various national regulators.
Before joining Visa Europe she has been working as a Consultant for both Andersen, Deloitte & Touche and the OECD in Paris, dealing with a variety of financial services matters. She also worked for the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, in the Committee on Parliamentary and Public Relations.
Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, European Law oriented, from L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University in Rome, Italy.
