Nader Mikhail is the Founder & CEO of Elementum AI, the enterprise Agentic Workflow Orchestration platform helping global companies reinvent how work gets done. A Stanford GSB graduate and recognized Silicon Valley technology leader, Nader is pioneering the shift from legacy SaaS to AI-native, data-owned enterprise operations. Under his leadership, Elementum AI was named Snowflake’s 2026 Product Partner of the Year for Agentic Transformation and is helping leading enterprises deploy governed AI and automation at scale.

Johan has previously held positions related to business development, project management and financial infrastructure coordination at Swedbank and the Swedish Bankers´ Association. He is currently an advisor and coordinator of digital assets at the Analysis and Innovation division at the Payment Department of Sveriges Riksbank. Johans prior Riksbank positions encompass the General Secretariat (Financial infrastructure expert and acting head at the retail CBD POC “e-krona”) and the Financial Stability department (co creator and coordinator of the Swedish retail payment council and co initiator of cyber resilience analysis from a financial stability perspective).

Dr. Martin Diehl is Head of Financial Market Infrastructure Analysis at Deutsche Bundesbank, where he focuses on developments in payments, financial market infrastructures, and the future of digital money. With extensive experience in central banking, he works on topics including payment innovation, market infrastructure resilience, financial stability, and emerging technologies shaping the payments ecosystem. His work provides valuable insights into how central banks, financial institutions, and market participants can navigate the evolving landscape of digital and increasingly autonomous transactions.

Steve Webster is a retail and ecommerce advisor with 25 years leading digital trading for businesses from £60m to over £1bn. Most recently Global E-commerce Director at Barbour, he has held seniorroles at Boohoo and Bensons for Beds, with international digital leadership at eXtra and LIWA in the Middle East. He advises boards and leadership teams on commercial performance in the agentic era, grounded in first-hand testing of how AI agents discover, select and buy from real retailers. He writes and speaks on the demand-side realities of AI in commerce for a senior retail audience.

Anton Kornilov is a global payments executive and advisor with over two decades of leadership experience at Mastercard and American Express, where he worked across cross-border, account-to-account, cards, and instant payment models in Europe and global markets. He now runs his own advisory practice, Kernel Acumen, supporting banks, PSPs and fintechs on payments commercialisation, regulatory change and operating-model evolution.
Throughout his career, Anton has worked at the intersection of strategy, regulation and commercial execution, helping organisations translate policy and market change into practical payment propositions and scalable operating models. Alongside his work in payments, he is a Board Director at Volleyball England and an active coach, bringing a strong belief that payments, like sport, are a team effort — reliant on trust, clear roles, interoperability and coordination across many participants.
