Anthony is CEO and Founder of Open Banking Delivery, a consultancy dedicated to the development and growth of Open ecosystems. A senior manager with 20 years experience, he worked in the UK’s OBIE for 2.5 years supporting all participants – TPPs getting their services to market and ASPSPs obtaining PSD2 compliance.
Currently –

• Advisor to Chicago Associates, OB Brasil (equivalent to OBIE) providing practical expertise, strategic guidance. Created the ‘mentorship’ programme.
• Work with Inter American Development Bank (IDB) to create Phase 3 (credit) API designs and a Data Dictionary for OB Mexico.
• Leader, research projects into Financial Inclusion, Sustainability & Green Finance.
• Designer, ‘agile’ method for through-lifecycle ecosystem delivery.

Steve Pannifer is Managing Director at Consult Hyperion, who are specialists in digital identity and digital money. At Consult Hyperion, Steve has worked with card schemes, banks, mobile operators and others developing innovative products and services exploiting new technology. Steve is a well known expert in digital identity having worked on numerous digital identity initiatives around the world.
