Iva Tasheva is the co-founder and cybersecurity lead at CYEN, am award-winning consultancy established in Brussels in 2018. Cyen is recognised for providing pragmatic, business success-oriented cybersecurity risk and compliance solutions that are strongly tailored to its client’s needs. Cyen specialises in the financial, manufacturing, public and digital sectors.

In addition to her work for CYEN, Iva is an appointed Member of the EU Cybersecurity Agency (ENISA) Ad-Hoc Working Groups on Enterprise Security and on Cloud Security (Certification) and a Board Member of Women4Cyber Belgium.

Her expertise is recognised, being shortlisted BeNeLux Outstanding Security Professional Award (OSPA) 2024, Belgium Cybersecurity Personality of the Year 2022 and listed ‘35 under 35’ by Santander/CODIB. She is a published author, including authoring the Bulgarian Guide for SME Cybersecurity, and a regular speaker. Iva holds an MBA from KULeuven and a Master in Cybersecurity degree from the New Bulgarian University. She is certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27799 Lead Manager and DORA Senior Lead Manager.

Antonie Gelderblom is a Cyber Security Consultant with over three decades of experience in both defensive (CISSP) and offensive (CEH) cybersecurity practices. Specializing in freelance security and architecture consultancy, as well as penetration testing, Antonie has contributed significantly to technical innovations in Internet, Telecom, and IPR. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including IT security, penetration testing, AVG/GDPR, ISO2700x compliance, and network security. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in 5G/4G/3G/GPRS, ICT architecture, HW/SW design, and IoT, making him a trusted advisor in the cybersecurity domain.

Dick Dekkers is a seasoned expert in digital identity and access management with extensive experience in international management roles. In the past he contributed to the success of Digidentity, a global pioneer in innovative identity and signing solutions. Most recently he’s been working with the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) on a variety KYB use cases. His work has included population-scale identity initiatives like DigiD, eHerkenning, and GOV.UK Verify, reflecting his deep passion for digital identity, privacy, and AI.

As an independent advisor, Dick helps solution providers, businesses, and governments shape their strategies in areas such as trust frameworks, digital wallets, verifiable credentials, and digital signatures.

I am an Entrepreneurial tech enthusiast, IT executive & Board Advisor seasoned with two decades of global experience in Digital Technology, Business Transformation and Operations. I led the future of payments for VISA. Built and led the Digital CoE at Maersk. Planned and implemented the recovery from the most significant cyber incident in the industry and built a wealth management company as a Founder CTO.
I have been a trusted tech advisor to many other global firms to create programs for their Digital & Agile transformation.
A Global Payments, Banking & Digital executive, consulting Big 4’s, global banks and hedge funds. And a visiting lecturer to universities globally.

A few roles I played –
⁍ Chief Operating Officer – Leading strategic digital and technology initiatives at HSBC to build the future bank; managing a yearly budget of $300M. Streamlined the platform on AWS/EKS for a secure customer experience round the clock.
⁍ Digital Program Manager – Built a high-availability platform for Maersk using Cloud/Azure, Akamai and Akana. Ideated & delivered the first instant online shipment booking platform too. At VISA Europe, led all aspects of technology and a portfolio of regulatory changes to develop payment token service.
⁍ Strategic Technical Leader – Led teams across industries ranging from Finance, Banking, and Telecom to Logistics and the public sector. Currently, guiding a group of 700 at HSBC, spread across 38 countries. Also, I led a team at VISA Europe to design and deliver a technology roadmap.

With his proven expertise within the payments industry, Bastien Latge held a number of different positions linked to Strategy, Product Development and Marketing in the areas of payment (Contact, Contactless, Mobile, Digital Security, Cards, Terminals, EMV® 3-D Secure, EMV Secure Remote Commerce, etc…), as well as other segments including Identity & Access Control and transportation.

In his previous position as Director of Technology, Bastien balanced his time between critical EMVCo priorities, with the oversight of technical developments and activities related to evaluations, testing and approvals; as well as relationship with other technical bodies
