He leads a global team with the mission to modernize and simplify the tech landscape, foster a data-driven culture and smartly adopt generative AI, guiding Asset Management towards becoming a fully digital organization. Oscar has an extensive background on tech enabled innovation and transformation, with over 15 years of leadership experience in multiple verticals and industries. He holds a Master’s Degree on Telecommunications Engineering, an Executive Certificate from the MIT on Innovation & Strategy, and is a certified practitioner on Project & Change Management.
