He has worked across Top 50 Global MNC organisations and country specific start-ups; worked in well-established matured markets like Hong Kong, Singapore to emerging and fast developing markets like India, Indonesia & Vietnam. Mukesh brings along diverse experience in delivering large scale digital transformation programs across business value chain- sales & distribution digitisation, operational excellence, customer experience transformation, target operating model optimization , direct to customer and digitally assisted advisory services.
