Luke Ryder

Luke is responsible for OBL’s strategy; helping deliver mass adoption of open banking products and services in the UK, and supporting regulatory and government stakeholders in the development of a sustainable policy environment. Previously, he held various roles at Barclays, including Head of Government Relations and Policy for the Retail Bank. He began his career in the UK civil service.
