Laura Listwan

Ms. Listwan is the Head of Enterprise TM and Payment Products Integration at City National Bank (CNB). She is responsible for enabling CNB’s strategic growth agenda, reducing risk and costs by developing closer integration between CNB and RBC. Laura joined City National from Fifth Third where she served as the Head of Commercial Business Transformation. Laura has over 25 years of banking experience focusing on payments and innovation.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from University of Illinois at Chicago.
Ms. Listwan is on the Nacha Board of Directors and the editorial board of the Journal of Payments Strategy & Systems.
