Kate Conroy

Kate is an award-winning Payments and Banking leader with proven success building teams and products solutions from the ground up. She is a driven and innovative strategist that excels with execution using a hands-on approach and prioritizing the end-to-end customer experience. Kate currently leads Payments for Business Banking at Citizens and previously spent most of her 15-year banking career managing commercial product solutions at Citizens and Santander Bank. Kate also sits on the TCH Secure Digital Board representing Citizens and holds a CTP certification with AFP.
