James Silk

James Silk is an FS Transformation Specialist at Woodhurst, supporting clients across Financial Services – from Tier 1 global banks, to building societies, to high-growth fintechs.
James supports executive teams and boards on their target vision, operating model, and technology implementation programmes. James also advises a number of fintechs to enable partnerships with financial institutions, helping shape their propositions and offerings.
He is also the Wellbeing Lead at Woodhurst, looking after a hybrid remote team. As well as being a keen skier and sailor.
