Frans C. van Beers

Frans C. van Beers is the Head of Product Management Payments at Betaalvereniging Nederland (Dutch Payments Association), where he has been leading payment initiatives since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in the payments industry, Frans has held various leadership roles, including managing teams for SEPA and Giraal payments. His previous roles include Senior Consultant for Retail Payments at ING and Senior Consultant at Postbank. He also served as a Policy Advisor on Payments at the NVB and was a local council member in Overbetuwe. Frans holds a BBA from Fontys Hogescholen and is based in Amsterdam.
