He possesses over 30 years of banking experience and specialized on transaction banking. Prior to joining Hang Seng Bank in 2015, John spent 25 years with Standard Chartered Hong Kong and China. He has successful career span in leading business transformation and managing changes effectively. John has strong leadership and has Asia Pacific working experience in Hong Kong, China and a few APR countries. He got multi-cultural appreciation in working with people of different nationalities and background. He was named Transaction Banker of the Year by The Asian Banker and SME Banker of the Year by The Asset in 2018. John holds an MBA from the Henley Management College in the UK.
Eric is Global Head, Digital Currencies in SCB-TB Cash Management. He has responsibilities to operationalise the Bank’s strategy for Digital Currencies. Eric has delivered EUR payments at scale on DLT with live clients, expanding to USD. In addition Eric has developed the product set for monetization of DLT based Payments.
Prior to this role, Eric was in the SC VENTURES business where he was driving FinTech Investments across a spectrum of Bank related problem statements as well as Venture Building. In this role Eric was deeply involved in the Group Risk Frameworks/Policies in enabling Ventures’ positioning in the financial regulatory fabric.
Eric, re-joined the Bank post work in the Crypto, DeFi, DEX and alternative lending space after management consulting and a diverse spectrum of Corporate Banking roles in SCB, Citi, Wells, Deutsche, Nomura and DBS. Eric also holds a CFA, FRM, a number of accounting designations and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Rupa leads the Liquidity Management business for South Asia & Singapore. Her role spans across managing the profitability of the balance sheets for the South Asia cluster of countries and liquidity products business management. Over the last few years, she has been leading the real-time & 24*7 liquidity management product innovation, digital assets solutions roll out and liquidity product platform modernisation and digitisation. She is based out of Singapore.She has over 20 years of experience in Banking spanning across Liquidity & Payments Product Management, Sales and Credit & Risk Operations. She has been responsible for the design, launch and commercialization of several new payment products & services for Citi in Asia. In 2013, she registered a patent for Citi in the big data and payment analytics space.
Prior to moving to Singapore, Rupa was with Citi in India as a Cash & Trade Sales Manager managing a diverse portfolio spanning across non-banking financial institutions, large global and local corporate(s) for nearly 6 years.
She started her career in India with Arthur Andersen as a Business & Tax Advisory Consultant.
In terms of qualification, Rupa is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting from the Mumbai University in India. She is a mother of two boys and loves traveling, cooking and sketching with them.

Jessica has over 20 years of banking and finance experience gained from working with Standard Chartered and leading companies such as PwC, Shell Shared Service Centre, Schering-Plough (now known as MSD), Syngenta and AET Tankers.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, she led the financial planning and analysis for the GBS team in APMEA at The Nielsen Company.
In corporates, Jessica was a critical member of several successful global finance transformation and shared service centre (SSC) projects across various countries in Asia. Her success stories include implementing global streamlined Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash processes, Global SAP system, Primary Bank Project, Straight Through Services Project.
She is a member of CPA Australia and MIA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (major in Accounting) from The University of Adelaide, Australia.
