Susan currently heads up the Industry Standards team within Vocalink, a Mastercard company, where she brings 20+ years of cross-border payments expertise and standards knowledge to the domestic account-to-account arena. Alongside looking at instant payments, she also supports work on addressing the G20 goals of cost, speed, accessibility, and transparency for international payments. Before joining Vocalink, she worked at several global banks, including ABN Amro and ING Bank, providing products and services to other banks in both the cross-border and domestic space. During that time, she has been a member of various industry bodies, including the ISO 20022 SEG, and the EBA SEPA workgroup.
Fabrizio Dinacci is the Team Lead of the TIPS Evolution Team at the ECB. In the past, covering positions in Banca d’Italia and the European Central Bank, he has contributed to the preparation and the management of operations of TARGET2 and T2S. In 2017, he joined the TIPS team at the ECB and is actively contributing to all the major dossiers related to the instant payment solution
of the Eurosystem. Particularly involved in all the activities that led to the implementation of the pan-European reachability package that made of TIPS the backbone for the entire infrastructure for instant payments in euro.

Krzysztof Maciejewski is the Deputy Director for Strategic Development of New Markets at Polish Payment Standard (BLIK), which he joined in 2022 to co-lead international development. Previously, he worked at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) and the European Central Bank (ECB), focusing on payment system strategy and innovation. He holds a PhD in Economics from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and a master’s in European studies from the University of Hamburg. Annick Moes is Head of Industry Issues, Cooperation Initiatives and Communications at the Euro Banking Association (EBA), the largest cross-sectoral network of practitioners pursuing a pan-European vision for payments. She is responsible for the EBA’s market practices and regulatory guidance stream, which provides the European payments ecosystem with a pan-European perspective and practical support. Annick has been working in European payments for over 20 years.

He has worked for tier 1 banks, mid-sized institutions and a number of fintech players. Some of his areas of specialism include inter-bank clearing, digital banking channels, financial messaging and open banking.
