Erin is an anthropologist based in The Hague. She specializes in how people’s financial behaviour is changing along with innovation in financial services. She holds a PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia, and has carried out ethnographic research in the Caribbean, Africa and Europe. Erin is especially interested in how culture and group belonging influence people’s actions and decisions.
Martin leads Quant’s product strategy with a particular focus on how distributed ledger technologies and blockchain-based tokens can unlock new efficiencies in finance, supply chain, and beyond. He is a seasoned fintech and payments specialist, steeped in product discovery, who has spearheaded the development and delivery of projects for B2B SaaS products.
Prior to Quant, Martin spent nearly 13 years at Vocalink, a Mastercard company, where he was most recently Vice President, Product Management. He led product, strategy, and architecture teams by championing an agile culture, innovation, and continuous learning. He is experienced in building infrastructure architecture teams and departments and in professional services delivery. With two patents in payments data processing and ACH transactions to his name, Martin is also a Steering Committee member of the Digital Pound Foundation.

Ramūnas Baravykas, Chief Data Officer at the Bank of Lithuania, is spearheading the transformation of the data management framework by integrating cutting-edge RegTech/SupTech solutions into the data value chain. Since the start of 2021, he has held the position of Director of the Data and Statistics department. With over 17 years of experience in the financial sector supervision, he has served in various capacities, including Head of Risk Modelling Division, Advisor to the Executive Director, and Head of Digitalisation and Advanced Analytics. During this tenure, he successfully implemented a risk-based supervision model, led the implementation of a core supervisory information system, and played a pivotal role in numerous digitalization initiatives at the Bank of Lithuania. Prior to joining the Bank of Lithuania, Mr. Baravykas served as the Deputy Chairman and Head of Information Analysis Division at the Insurance Supervisory Commission of the Republic of Lithuania.
Michel Drupsteen works at ING since 2002. He started his working career in 1995 at the Dutch network operator KPN Telecom. Michel has more than 20 years of experience in the payment and financial services domain with a focus on strategic-, business development-, inter-banking-, regulatory- and partnership- and/or innovation- initiatives in a leading role.
Since this year (2024) Michel made the move from payments to GenAI and is currently a GenAI transformation lead at the ING Analytics team and supporting the rollout of a GenAI product in multiple ING markets.
From 2016 to 2023 Michel was globally leading ING’s global initiatives in the mobile & digital payments domain supporting ING’s retail markets in their launch of new payment propositions and supporting ING’s digital transformation strategy.
Before 2016 Michel worked in different roles in the Payments department of the ING retail bank in the Netherlands and lead the market introduction of mobile & contactless payments on the Dutch market in cooperation with the other Dutch banks.

Victor joined Google Pay’s Business Development team in 2018 and is currently leading the partnerships with domestic payment schemes globally as well as with financial institutions across the DACH region. He previously cultivated key merchant relationships across the DACH region and spearheaded Google Pay’s expansion into the Middle East and Northern Africa. Additionally, he was responsible for growing Passes/Valuables integrations for flight, transit, event tickets, and loyalty programs within Google Wallet for EMEA.
Prior to joining Google Pay, Victor was in key account management, working with some of Google’s top advertisers in Dublin and New York from 2012 to 2018.
